Upstream Fund – Deadline: May 15th, 2023 at 11:59pm
This fund uses a community-based funding model and focuses on upstream initiatives that improve social and economic systems to decrease barriers and improve supports that allow people to achieve their full potential. Achieving full potential includes social and economic factors that that influence people's health (education, income, environment, food security, housing and employment)
To ensure that everyone has a chance to apply and learn more about the fund, we will be hosting collaborative sessions across the Region. We want to connect with as many people as possible to spread the word about this great opportunity.
The fund will open on April 15, and we encourage all eligible groups to apply.
