As part of the Mental Health Matters initiative, Autism Ontario is looking for adults (18+) on the spectrum to participate in Living Life to the Full. Living Life to the Full is an eight-week course that provides skills and knowledge to help you cope with life’s challenges.
This mental health promotion course is free for participants, and may be a great opportunity to learn more about making small changes to feel happier, less stressed and more in control.
Please note that this course involves voluntary group participation, reading and writing/typing for some of the activities. This is not a transfer of care program.
