Based on the Long Term Athletic Development Model developed by Canadian Sport for Life, this program will target skills including running, jumping, catching, throwing, kicking, striking, balancing and body awareness.
Support is provided to each child through staff and volunteers to ensure success. Active Start not only encourages physical development but fun social interaction with peers.
