This workshop is a follow-up from the workshop held in May 2019. We welcome new people and those who attended that last workshop. This workshop is for everyone who has a passion for community.

In this workshop John Lord, an Order of Canada recipient and author of several books on building inclusive communities, will encourage us to think differently about our communities and how we can make our community one where everyone feels they belong. The focus will be on social isolation. We will make a start on a community action plan to reduce social isolation and loneliness.

Location: Local Community Food Centre

Tickets to this full day workshop are $60/person for organizations and $30/person for community members. This includes lunch and workshop materials.

Subsidies are available.

Register deadline is November 26. Register at info@facileperth.ca or 519-271-6565.

This workshop is supported by a grant from the Richardson Family Fund, held within the Stratford Perth Community Foundation.
