A series of four in-person small group workshops where you will:
*Create a personal plan to stay connected as you age, AND
*Discover how to connect your unique gifts, strengths, interests and passions for greater social connection and belonging to live the life you want as you age in the community.
Each participant is also supported by a personal facilitator who will walk with them to take the next steps to achieve their goals.

Wednesdays, September 14, 21, 28, and October 5, from 2 to 4 P. M.
