WRFN’s Spring Session of Active Start & FUNdamentals

It’s hard to believe that it’s soon time for our spring session of Active Start and FUNdamentals!  We will be opening registrations for these programs on March 9, 2016.

Active Start is designed to teach children 3.5-7 years with special needs the fundamental movement skills they need to enjoy an active lifestyle such as running, jumping, catching, throwing, kicking, striking, balancing, and body awareness.

FUNdamentals is designed for children ages 8-12 with special needs and focuses on improving the ABC’s of movement – Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed, while introducing several common sports.  Children are introduced to sport rules, ethics and basic tactics.  Activities are non-competitive and fun!

WRFN’s Family Pulse – February edition
