The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenging time to be a young parent, a partner, a friend. This virtual peer support program for parents age 24 and under focuses on the emerging needs and challenges around parenting, self-care, and self-regulation during the pandemic. The program will offer connection, support, and resources through a weekly Zoom group session.
