In this workshop, we will discuss the underlying needs of children/teens and what their behaviour is really saying. We will look at the root causes of behaviours, provide insight, and develop skills to continue being more compassionate and supportive. Lastly, we will learn strategies to assist you in looking deeper than the surface to address what’s below their “iceberg”, and how you can understand your own “iceberg” to manage your responses.
