Tuesday Cooking: Comfort Food

Learn to cook comfort food using chicken along with your LEG Up! Instructor. We encourage you to cook with a family member or support person.  We will provide you with a detailed recipe and a list of kitchen equipment to support your cooking experience.

Once you have completed your registration a LEG Up! Instructor will contact you with the class link, supplies/supply lists, detailed recipes and other important information for each class. 

Pick up your supplies curbside at 109 Ottawa St. Unit D by appointment or we deliver for $5.00 in KW. *Contact legup@kwhab.ca if you are interested in tutoring. 

Please note that due to the provincial lock down hybrid classes are suspended. We anticipate reopening this learning opportunity when the restrictions are lifted.
