  • how to identify families that would benefit from Alternative Dispute Resolution
  • who can request services
  • how to ensure your referral is appropriate and complete
  • what the 4 service streams are and how they work; (Child Protection Mediation, Family Group Conferencing, Aboriginal Approaches and the 4th Option)
