LINKS is an initiative offered by Bridges to Belonging to empower youth supported by family and kin to build a network of meaningful, supportive relationships and community connections that reduce social isolation and builds resilience to overcome barriers to inclusion.


Interactive Activities and Experiences Include:

  • Discovering YOUR Unique Gifts, Strengths, and Interests
  • Social Connections & Relationships
  • Identifying Inclusive Community-Based Resources
  • Creating a Vision for YOUR Life
  • Developing Gifts & Strengths Based Goals & Plans
  • Building a Natural Unpaid Network of Support

LINKS for Youth by Youth is offered FREE to both the Participants ages 14 to 24 and their Planning Partners through the generous funding of the Resilience Project


IN-PERSON (2 Saturdays)
September 25, and October 2, from 10 AM - 4 PM

ON-LINE (5 Tuesdays)
September 28 - October 24, from 6-8 PM  via Zoom


All Participants are required to have a Planning Partner (trusted friend of other loved one) participate with them for all sessions
