Raising children with FASD can be challenging and overwhelming.
As a caregiver, it’s not uncommon to constantly put the needs of your child before your own. This training for caregivers focuses on the importance of self-care and supports.

  • Discuss the importance of incorporating self-care into your life when caring for someone with FASD
  • Learn more about the importance of formal and informal supports with a focus on peer support
