Having a parent who has been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness can be difficult. It can feel like a very lonely time. You are not alone – there are many others in our community experiencing the same thing.

We invite you to join our HeART Space Groups. We will use the arts and music to explore thoughts and feelings; find ways to cope and learn to live with this new reality. No experience in art or music is needed to join.

For Kids ages 6 to 13 years:

• 8-week group

• Maximum of 8 participants

• Using play, visual arts, and movement – no experience needed to join!

For Teens ages 14 to 18 years:

• 8-week group

• Maximum of 8 participants

• Using & creating music – no experience needed in music to join!
