A variety of therapeutic approaches will be explored; visual art, movement, yoga, social support, talking, listening, and learning.

 

In a safe space, supported by professionals and peers, participants will be encouraged to explore, feel & express, experiences, and emotions.

 

Skills will be taught to empower young people, to cope with big feelings and challenges, in ways that support their mental and physical health.

 

Ages 5-11 from 1pm-2pm

Ages 12-17 from 2:15pm-3:15pm
