Understanding Conflict and Communication – Foundations & Clearing Conflict is a two-part workshop for personal and professional development.
In Foundations (Part 1), you will become more aware of your preferred conflict style and identify situations where each conflict style can be used most effectively.
In Clearing Conflict (Part 2), you will use your knowledge of conflict styles to practice communication that clears up conflict and improves empathy in relationships.
These 2-hour workshops are designed for people who provide support and are open to all community members.
