Discussions around mental health are looking different this year. We have a shared experience of living in a global pandemic, but the way it affects our mental health differs for us all. This panel discussion will provide a way to hear from local counsellors on several mental health topics to share their insights and knowledge on how we can care for our mental health. There will be a time for questions at the end.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Managing fear and anxiety
  • Coping with change
  • Virtual counselling
  • Relationship tips.

Panelists Include:

  • Leslie Allaby, Interfaith Counselling Centre
  • Melody Leclair, Shalom Counselling
  • Nicole Schiener, Family Counselling Centre of Cambridge & North Dumfries
  • Washington Silk, KW Counselling Services
  • Dan Young, Carizon Family & Community Services
