In this class will introduce you to in season veggies from Our Farm while we discuss Canada's food guide and how we can make healthy choices in our diet.
Register today online at MyCommunityHub.ca; enter the course numbers listed above in brackets. Once you have completed your registration, a LEG Up! instructor will contact you with the Zoom link, supplies/supply lists, detailed recipes and other important information for each class.
