Join Anne to learn yoga basics, including introduction to the 8 Limbs of yoga, the Warrior postures with a focus on foundation and alignment. If you would like to participate in the yoga demonstration, please wear comfortable clothing, have a yoga mat (or non-slip surface), as well as a chair on hand.
