The Inclusion Services team wants to get a better understanding of programming needs, interests, and desires of youth with disabilities in our community. The program will be accompanied by Inclusion Support Workers who have knowledge and experience in disability support, program modifications, and can assist with personal care. Working within our space and staffing resources, the youth program will be designed with a minimum ratio of three participants to one staff person.
For the completion of this survey, we are looking for youth who are 14-21 years of age
that would be successful in a program with three (or more) participants to one staff ratio (3:1), and who are looking for an opportunity for social connection.
