Last Call for Family Caregivers to Join our Offline Course on COVID and Health!

Registration ends soon for our offline family course on COVID and health. A video link will be emailed to you each week for 6 weeks that you can watch at your leisure. Learn about the My COVID Check-In Tool as a way to improve health care communication, how to "expand the menu” by helping our loved ones with a developmental disability rebuild meaningful activities and routines, and strategies to balance taking care of one’s own needs as a caregiver with caregiving demands.

To learn more, email Laura at Laura.StJohn@camh.ca or complete this form.
