Waterloo Region Family Network is delighted to bring back a family-favourite event we held for the first time in 2021. Start celebrating the holiday season early with us on Saturday, November 4 with a virtual Holiday Cooking Class for the whole family. This cooking class is the perfect time to gather for a cozy evening with your family, virtually joining other families to share a meal in a safe and comfortable environment - your own home!
The incredible team at The Culinary Studio will host a virtual cooking lesson, walking you through the preparation of a delectable Mexican meal for four people. All ingredients will be delivered to your house in advance of a 5 pm start. You will be given a choice of red or white wine to compliment your culinary creation! A dessert of mini key lime tarts with chocolate crust will also be provided to complete your dining experience.
The primary aim of this family-oriented cooking event is to foster togetherness on a cozy evening while also being inclusive of families and individuals with exceptional needs.
WRFN Families have a special price of $150 to join, while the cost for community supporters to participate is $220. This price includes all the ingredients needed to make a meal for four people, a bottle of wine, a dessert, and a live lesson from The Culinary Studio.
