Minds in Motion-Alzheimer Society

Minds in Motion® is a community Give your mind and body a boost! -based social program that incorporates physical activity and mental stimulation for people with early to mid-stage signs of Alzheimer's disease or other dementias and their care partners. 

 

The 2-hour program runs weekly, and offers:

• Gentle and easy-to-follow physical activities led by a certified fitness instructor.

• Fun social activities focused on building personal skills.

 

Pre-registration is required.
