Qualia Counselling Services is extremely excited to announce the launch of a brand-new support group for all our New Mom’s starting this May 2024!
Our first support group of this kind is an 8-week program designed for New Moms Experiencing Postpartum Anxiety and Depression.
This specialty group is tailored for new moms looking for a welcoming space to learn, share, and practice valuable skills and techniques to manage their emotions and thought patterns as they lead a more balanced life through their postpartum.

We are very excited to open a space where individuals affected by negative postpartum symptoms have an avenue to practice skills and techniques while surrounded by other new mothers.
Inquire, share, or refer a client to learn skills for the New Moms Experiencing Postpartum Anxiety and Depression group.
Funding can be provided through NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits) with valid certification of registration.
