Perinatal Mental Health Support Group

Hello! Registration is open for a five week perinatal mental health peer support group series taking place at Encompass Health & Wellness beginning on March 22 at 10am. Folks can register here by emailing info@togetherwaterloo.ca. Over the five weeks, participants will have the opportunity to talk about unexpected feelings and experiences of parenthood. We work to provide a trauma-informed space that is judgement free, advice free, and welcoming to strong emotions. The group is facilitated by Lisette Weber, certified postpartum doula and certified GPS Facilitator. Along with Lauren Van Den Tempel, certified postpartum doula. The fee is sliding scale between $30-$60 for all five weeks.Reach out if you have any questions.
