Our fall kicks off with another offering of Intuitive Painting. This online series will take place on Wednesday evenings (7-8:30pm) from October 2nd to November 6th. We have attached the graphic from our social media posts.
Intuitive Painting is a watercolour based painting experience that connects us to our intuitive ways of knowing by allowing for a mindful practice. We will quiet our busy thinking brains and allow our deeper voice to be heard. This experience is not about planning what we will paint, nor is it about learning watercolour technique. We will teach those new to watercolour enough basics to start them off and then, our emphasis is on exploration and a playful approach to art making.
Our sessions include quiet painting time with the option for some creative writing. We connect as a group to reflect on our process at the end of the session. There is never any pressure to show your work. We encourage participants to welcome what comes and to avoid judgement of their work or themselves.
Previous participants have described the Intuitive Painting series as calming, centring, safe, supportive, allowing personal insight and awareness, fun, and good for the soul. Please let us know if you would like more information about how these sessions look.

All sessions are held on Zoom.
The cost is $125 for 6 sessions.
Single sessions may be purchased for $25 if you cannot attend the whole series or if you just want to try it and see what you think.
We have watercolour kits available for $30, or we can let you know how to purchase your own supplies if you are not local to Waterloo Region and surrounding area.
