ODSP: Rates & Updates
2023 brought significant changes to the Ontario Disability Support Program. Rates increased by 6.5%, people can earn up to $1,000 per month from employment without any claw-back from ODSP. Click here to read more about the positive changes to the rates classifications.
Canada Disability Benefit
Bill C-22, commonly known as the Disability Benefit Act, received royal assent on June 22, 2023. The Act aims to reduce poverty and to support the financial security of persons with disabilities. They are currently undergoing public consultations to create the regulations. Click here to read more.
