Please join us for a simultaneous French/English presentation about Journey to Belonging: Choice and Inclusion, the government of Ontario’s plan to reform developmental services. The plan is centred on a vision where people with developmental disabilities are supported by their communities, support networks and government to belong and live inclusive lives, where they are empowered to make choices and live as independently as possible through supports that are person-directed, equitable and sustainable.
Learn more about the plan, progress made since the plan was released in May 2021, and work underway. Have an opportunity to ask your questions in a live Q&A with a Director from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS).

Nous vous invitons à une présentation simultanée, en français et en anglais, sur En quête d’appartenance : Choix et inclusion, le plan du gouvernement de l’Ontario pour réformer les services aux personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle. Le plan est axé sur une vision selon laquelle les personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle sont soutenues par leur collectivité, leur réseau de soutien et leur gouvernement afin qu’elles aient un sentiment d’appartenance et puissent mener une vie inclusive, où elles sont habilitées à faire des choix et à être le plus indépendantes possible grâce
à des soutiens axés sur la personne, qui sont
équitables et durables.
Apprenez-en plus sur le plan et les progrès accomplis depuis qu’il a été dévoilé en mai 2021, ainsi que le travail en cours. Profitez de la période de questions en direct pour interroger la directrice du ministère des Services à l’enfance et des Services sociaux et communautaires (MSESSC).
