Living Life to the Full workshop

 

 

 

“Living Life to the Full” is an interactive, 8-week course based on the principles of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). In groups, participants work through topics related to overall mental well-being to gain skills and knowledge to cope with life’s everyday challenges.
