Dear parents/caregivers,
The Region of Waterloo is inviting you to participate in a survey about child care and early years services. We need your help to identify what is important to families. Your input is highly valued.
This survey is for all parents and caregivers who live in Waterloo Region and have at least one child age 12 years or younger. This includes all families, both those who use child care or EarlyON programs, as well as those who do not. We only need one response per family.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
