Back to School Resiliency Building Package

Students in Canada may be facing new levels of stress as many will be returning to in-class learning after months of learning from home.

We are here to help you, the students you work with and the parents and caregivers who support your students at home.

With the help of educators, psychologists, and stress experts from across the country, we designed the Kids Have Stress Too! ® and Stress Lessons programs to help the important people in children’s lives promote resiliency by buffering the impact of stress and building positive coping strategies to deal with life’s inevitable stressors.

These research-based programs are built on an experiential asynchronous and synchronous learning approach. The aim is to help school staff create teachable moments to introduce stress management strategies and build emotional resiliency in students from preschool to high school.

Our approach emphasizes social-emotional learning, it is curriculum based and will help ensure you are better able to manage the challenges that the new school environment presents. In addition, the lessons provided will help educators fulfill the requirements of health and physical education curricula in Canada.

If you are interested in BULK ORDERS for any of the training sessions or workshops below, please contact us directly.
