If so, University of Calgary Researchers would love to hear about your experiences! They are seeking youth (15 – 24 years) with neurodevelopmental disabilities (i.e., ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, learning and intellectual disabilities) to help learn more about the impact of physical activity on the mental health of youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Participants will be invited for a 1-hour interview (online or in-person) to discuss their physical activity experiences. Participants will be given a $20 gift card as a token of appreciation for their participation.

On Wednesday, November 30 join Partners for Planning (P4P) for Tips for RDSP Plan Holders, a virtual webinar.
Creating an RDSP is a critical start but once an RDSP is open there is much more that Plan Holders can learn to ensure they are optimizing the plan.
Once you've opened your RDSP there is still so much to consider. This brand new webcast provides tips and strategies for Plan holders so they can manage an RDSP effectively and maximize its value over time. The webcast will give guidance on what you need to do before and AFTER opening your RDSP, and on strategies for your investments.
