Siblings Canada is thrilled to offer Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) for siblings again this fall, hosted in partnership with the Centre for Addiction andMental Health (CAMH) and Queen’s University.
Join this six-week workshop that helps siblings managedifficult feelings and events in their lives and mindfullyconnect with what is most important in a loving andrespectful way. The facilitators are siblings of people withintellectual disabilities and autism.
