As a partner of the Better Nights, Better Days (BNBD) program, we are excited to inform you that we have launched the implementation study for BNBD for Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (BNBD-NDD)!
We used the information collected from our previous randomized controlled trial and our barriers and facilitators studies to decide on required modifications of the BNBD-NDD program. We made a number of improvements including adding in tips for parents’ sleep, more flexibility and tailoring, a general NDD stream, and also are testing the impact of coach support.
The study aims to evaluate how parents’ use the program, their satisfaction with the program, and opinions about whether Better Nights, Better Days would be valuable as a program to purchase in the future.
