The Ontario Independent Facilitation Network (OIFN) is a Community of Practice. They offer bi-monthly Reflective Practice Conversation events for people, families, independent facilitators and allies. This year the conversations are centred on "Building a Bigger We,” with the first one being the foundation of Kindness.
