YEP Social offers youth with developmental disabilities between the ages 13 and 25 chances to build self-advocacy/independent skills and express creativity in a safe, fun environment. Events are planned with all ages in mind, and when required, smaller groups are created to consider bringing youth who are closer in age together.
This May, we're pleased to offer three exciting evening youth events that includes designing your own tote bag and keychain, baking banana bread, and a growing green night where we will be decorating planter pots and planting succulents!
We are also excited to offer a PD Day events! YEP's Amazing Race Challenge where youth will explore Waterloo Region and complete a series of challenges and tasks in teams to win awesome prizes!
