Hi Community of Hearts Participants and Caregivers,
Community of Hearts is looking to add some new programs to our Day Program as well as some new group Evening Programs!
We are currently discussing the subject options with participants during the Day Program and we would also love caregivers, supports and participants who attend our other programs feedback!
