Ray of Hope's Employment Support Program is for people with disabilities who can gain work experience and can use our program as a bridge/transition to the labour market.
Participants go through 6-weeks of in-class education. During that time, they get essential certifications like Safe Food, Smart Serve and First Aid. After that we support them with internal or external work placements up to 20 weeks.
