Grand River Transit (GRT) is seeking your input to shape the future of transit in Waterloo Region. Since the end of June, GRT has been collecting feedback from community members, customers, and organizations to understand what the next five years of transit should look like.
To date, over 900 responses have been received across three surveys, more than 100 individuals have engaged during a dozen stakeholder sessions, and over 250 ideas have been pinned to the interactive map. While the initial responses have been fantastic, GRT is seeking even more feedback from a diverse range of voices.
Several opportunities have been planned around the Region to gather in-person feedback. Your participation is vital, especially for those who use MobilityPLUS, the specialized transit service for persons with disabilities.
Feedback is focused on three key areas of Grand River Transit:
Bus and train service
MobilityPLUS service
Township service
