Community Living Month Resource Hub: Get Ready to Celebrate This May!

May is just around the corner, and that means it’s almost time for Community Living Month! This is a time for Community Living Ontario and our 100+ local associations to come together to celebrate our movement and promote the inclusion of people who have an intellectual disability and their families.

As part of our preparations for this year’s celebration, Community Living Ontario is excited to launch a brand new resource hub for Community Living Month!

Here you’ll find information and more details on all our campaigns, events, and more, including:

  • The Shine a Light on Community Living initiative
  • Our blue and green photo campaign + montage
  • Our #CLInspiringPossibilities social media campaign
  • Our Community Living Month webinar series
  • #ITookABreak22 event

Our resource hub also includes a dedicated section for Member Organization Events. Share your Community Living Month festivities with us and we'll include them in the calendar! Event submissions can be emailed to Aislinn DeRoches at aderoches@communitylivingontario.ca. We'll just need to know:

  • Title of the event
  • Which organization/who's involved
  • Where (if virtual, include a link)
  • When (day/date/time)
  • Images are optional but welcomed!
  • Website and phone number

More information and events are being added every day, so check back regularly for the latest updates.

We’re hoping to make this year’s Community Living Month bigger than ever, so please share these resources widely! We look forward to celebrating with you and the rest of our Community Living friends and families.

Visit the CL Month hub!
