There is no registration required! Pop in anytime during the hour with your question ready. Pop out when you’re done!
There is no formal presentation! All discussion will be based on the questions that attendees ask about claims
This is not a guidelines presentation. Questions about guidelines will be redirected to Customer Service Representatives
You are welcome to treat this as “study hall” and fill out your claims with our team in the background in case questions come up
We will not be answering recipient specific questions such as “how much funding does Person A have left?”, “can you check on why my claim is taking so long” and more.
