New Research Report from Sports Canada Demonstrates Impact of Spectrum's Programs
Improved mental health and wellbeing, a greater sense of belonging, safety, and inclusion. This is just some of the incredible information gathered from a research project conducted by Wilfred Laurier’s School of Social Work analyzing the impact of our Rainbow Diversity Training Program and Multi-Sport Program. This research was funded generously by Sports Canada. To learn more, or download the full report (or the short-form guides), check out our recent blog post about it.
Interested in Getting Active?
Our multi-sport program is one of our most popular programs! It's the gym class you never had growing up. Get active in a group of other 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, and enjoy moving your body.
