Who Should Attend: Leaders and staff who are interested in taking the lead on building safe spaces and fostering inclusive workplaces
Presented by Cate Monteiro, Manager of Services and Supports at Kerry's Place, this presentation aims to increase understanding and appreciation of the diverse ways in which people think and learn. Participants will learn how to identify key strengths and support needs amongst their colleague group. Participants will also be provided with practical strategies that they can implement immediately that will increase accessibility for all employees.
