All-Access Hangout
All-Access hangout is for young adults 14 to 21 years of age, who have special needs and/or disability and who do not require one to one support. Participants will participate in a variety of activities including sports, crafts and cooperative games in a supportive environment that meets the sensory, emotional and physical needs of the participants. Activities are designed with the interests and abilities of participants and will encourage building friendships, social skills and life skills.

Inclusive Art
Inclusive Art is for young adults 14 years of age and up, who have a special need and/or disability. Inclusive Art is a hands-on art program where participants can try their hand at different mediums of visual arts and get the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas and use their creative voice. See how creative arts can spark their ability to think and imagine, set goals and build their confidence. Program ratio is 3:1, participants to leaders.

MoveMEANT for All
MoveMEANT For All is an inclusive fitness program for individuals 14 years and up with disabilities. The program will use creative and fun ways to get you working on your cardio and strength with the use of various equipment (like boxing gloves!). Program time will incorporate brief social periods to provide body breaks and maintain interest. Program is designed with a 5:1, participant to leader, ratio.

ArtShine: Inclusive Adult Art Class
Join Artshine for fun and engaging weekly art classes! This program is designed to be inclusive for adults 18+ who have a special need and/or disability. Your Artshine instructor will lead you through a new project each week, breaking the projects down into achievable steps using new and fun mediums, and you'll get to take home a piece of wall-worthy art after each class!
