Dear Parents & Caregivers,
WRFN is pleased to be partnering once again with Wendy Newbery and Rachel Tanner from Stepping Stones Expressive Arts to provide Expressive Arts experiences to our community of caregivers. The deadline to register for our first session on Monday is this Friday.
This year, there will be three options available for parents and caregivers. All options are designed to be fun, relaxing, reflective, and completely free of judgment. Sessions are for parents & caregivers and require no art experience. Details are as follows:
Caregiver Art Series: Finding Sanctuary
Monday, January 17, 24 & 31 2022
7 pm- 9 pm
Finding sanctuary using clay, paint, and poetry
Three-week online Expressive Arts group for caregivers
Offered in small group format with limited enrollment
Expressive Arts allows participants to play, connect and look at things from a different perspective
*Art kits with all your needed supplies will be provided and delivered prior to the sessions.

Creative Community Circle: Needlefelt Your Landscape

10 am - 12 pm
One-time online Expressive Arts group for caregivers
A fun, relaxing and reflective art experience to explore using wool to create beautiful and colourful landscapes
Please note: kits will include 1 sharp, barbed felting needle & wool roving (in case of allergies). Please keep felting needle out of reach of children
*Art kits with all your needed supplies will be provided and available for pick up prior to the sessions.

Caregiver Art Series: Opening Doors

This Caregiver Art Series will focus on exploring Opening Doors using a wide variety of media and modalities
